Throughout Your Entire Business
- Desks, file cabinets, counters, partitions and other office furniture and equipment are dusted
- Window sills, baseboards, pictures and wall plaques are dusted
- Mini-blinds and AC vents are dusted
- Carpets are vacuumed
- Hard surface floors are dust mopped or swept and damp mopped
- Glass top desks, glass doors and glass partitions are cleaned
- Drinking fountains are cleaned and sanitized
- Magazines in reception areas are straightened and stacked
- Telephones are cleaned and sanitized
- Computer monitors and keyboards are lightly dusted
- Ceiling, wall and corner cob webs are removed as needed
Restrooms
- Waste receptacles are emptied each visit and washed as needed.
- Mirrors, soap dispensers, wash basins and plumbing fixtures are cleaned
- Urinals and toilets are cleaned using disinfectant
- Soap, towel and tissue dispensers are replenished
- Restroom floors are dust mopped or swept and damp mopped
- Dividing partitions are cleaned each visit to remove hand prints and smudge
Kitchen/Break Area
- Hard surface floors are dust mopped or swept and damp mopped with disinfectant
- Counter tops are cleaned and sanitized
- Sink is scrubbed and polished
- Exteriors of refrigerator and vending machines are cleaned
- Microwave is cleaned interior and exterior
- Table and chairs are cleaned and sanitized
*We do not climb higher than a two-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach un-visible places either by hand or extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand. We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build-up may require extra attention. Please allow for some dust re-settlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent the entirely.
